Design of a high-efficiency diamond saw blade cutting machine

In this paper, based on the experimental research on the side edge process of the whole sintered diamond saw blade, it is pointed out that the proper edge form and reasonable edge cutting parameters have a significant impact on the edge cutting process. Furthermore, a fast saw blade loading and unloading scheme was designed, and other important links affecting the cost and efficiency of the cutting process were studied and a solution was proposed. The experimental results show that the improved edge-cutting machine greatly improves the work efficiency and reduces the processing cost. Compared to the eat-in edge, the wiper blade is a more reasonable form of edge.
